Thank you for volunteering to participate in this critical program. The information on this page will ensure you are prepared for your first One UMMS shift. Please review the Orientation Materials and Logistical Details carefully before arriving onsite.

Orientation Materials

All team members volunteering for a One UMMS shift must complete an orientation that includes general safety and specific job guidelines. Please complete this training before arriving onsite for your first shift. You will only need to do this once, before your first shift.

Attention UMB/FPI employees:

In addition to the orientation training, please take the following two steps before arriving onsite for your first shift. You will only need to complete these steps once, before your first shift.

  1. Please click here to attest you are volunteering outside of UMB/FPI work hours.
  2. Please submit proof of COVID-19 and flu vaccinations to volunteer_services@umm.edu, 48 hours before arriving onsite for your first shift. If you do not submit proof of vaccination you will not be able to volunteer. If you have already signed up for a shift and you are within the 48 hour window, please include the shift you will be working in the subject line of your email.
